Order
We want our customers to explore the diversity and profoundness of the masterpieces of tea leaves by tasting the differences between terroirs, characteristics, and nuances. Thus, the tea leaves we have to offer are all available by the cup (5g each and 2-4g each for matcha). Choose 10 packages of tea leaves and make your own tea box.
Each tea box will consist of 10 packages of your choosing and will be labeled so you can identify the tea leaves in it, but our system doesn't allow you to specify which tea leaf goes in which box. If you need to customize the arrangement of the contents, please contact us for assistance.
As we believe that your purchase should be delivered as soon as possible, the system does not allow you to change or cancel your order.
When you need to change or cancel your order for some reason, please contact us at your earliest convenience for assistance.
Please note that should you contact us after shipping your purchase, we have to ask you to proceed to the return process.
The receipt of your order will be attached to the confirmation e-mail, which will be sent after the placement of your order.

The shipped package will not contain any documents like the receipt or delivery slip, only documents related to Im/Export; this makes it suitable for sending the tea box as a gift.
Please note that receipts are issued automatically by the system, and we cannot respond to individual requests for changes or additions to the content. Please understand this in advance.
No, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exclusive gift wrapping services.
Please understand that we believe all our products should be like gifts, hence our packaging is designed to be suitable for gifts as well.
Receipts can be downloaded via email and are not included with the product.
However, please note that only export-import related documents are attached for international shipments.

Yes. We safely deliver our products internationally from Japan by FedEx.
As of January 2024, we are accepting orders from the following regions:

Our products are shipped from Fukuoka Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan, via FedEx.
The southern part of Fukuoka is home to "Yame," an area known for its high-quality tea leaves.
The region is popular for its night market stalls "Yatai" and gourmet offerings like ramen, yakitori, and sushi.
As our products are shipped internationally, you will not need to pay Japanese taxes on the goods.
However, please be aware that your own country's taxes may be applied upon receipt of the goods.
