Refund policy
We at our company aspire to share joy, surprise, and passion through our products. However, if our products do not meet your expectations, we are committed to offering a refund or exchange. If you wish to return or request a refund for a product, please contact us through our form, and our assistant will address your concerns.
Products Eligible for Return
To qualify for a refund, the product must have been purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that due to the importance of freshness, safety, and traceability of our organic products, only unopened Tea Boxes are eligible for return. For orders containing multiple products, only the price of the unopened Tea Boxes can be refunded.
Process for Returns
If you wish to return a product, please first contact us through our inquiry form. Our assistant will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund. Please be aware that the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.
About Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 days. Please understand that there might be a delay in the refund process by your bank or credit card company.
Cooling-Off Period for EU Region
Regardless of the above conditions, for products shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the product within 14 days, for any reason. However, the Tea Box must be unopened, similar to the above condition.
